One-on-One Shepherding
At Barnabas & Co., our aim is to provide a safe, secure place for leaders to be cared for. We offer an integrated approach to shepherding and caring for the soul of leaders - all with the intent of helping them live a God-directed, God-empowered, and God-focused life.
Journey of Wholeness Cohort
Journey of Wholeness (JOW) is a 5-month retreat-based cohort experience designed specifically for Asian American pastors and ministry leaders . Our aim is to provide a place and a process where leaders can withdraw from their regular responsibilities and rhythms of life - in order to come away with Jesus and experience His gracious offer of rest and renewal for our souls. It is our hope that through this unique and transformative journey, participants will be able to cultivate a deeper life with God and find renewal of both their faith and calling. JOW is offered to a selective cohort of ministry leaders each year and space is limited. There is no cost to participants as an expression and metaphor of God’s abundant love.
Equipping/Training
In order to help leaders cultivate a deeper life with God and not just a life for God, we equip and train leaders on how to sustain ministry out of the overflow of a life with God. We also offer these teachings and trainings as a way to equip the churches and ministries that they lead.
