Local Church Pastors
The reality of Christian ministry is that often times, those who are entrusted with the ministry of caring for others are often the least cared for. That is why our aim at Barnabas & Co. is to come alongside such leaders in order to provide quality care and shepherding for them.
Global Workers
In addition to pastors, we are passionate about shepherding global workers. Our team understands the unique challenges that many global workers face - from isolation to lack of support/care. Our desire is to see each worker to flourish wherever they have been planted by providing care and shepherding for them.
Para-Church & Non-profit Leaders
While our primary focus is to serve and care for pastors and church leaders, we also believe that kingdom ministry extends beyond the “local church” sphere. As a result, we also offer shepherding for Christian leaders who serve in the para-church and non-profit space.
Churches & Ministries
In addition to coming alongside individual leaders, we also come alongside existing organizations, ministries, and churches - especially in the areas of spiritual formation and wholistic discipleship. We offer this expression of ministry through guest speaking, workshops, and retreats.
